Shipping Policy

A Good Tribe ships worldwide. Because our products are made to order, please allow for both a fulfillment/production time and a shipping/transit time.

Order processing time

Orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions) this may take slightly longer.

Shipping/transit time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

●      UK/Domestic: 3–5 business days

●      Europe: 5–10 business days

●      Rest of world: 7–20 business days

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Multiple items

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times, as they may be fulfilled at different production facilities.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@agoodtribe.com so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
